In Malibu's Carob Chip Treat it looks like there are chocolate chips in it.

We never use any form of chocolate in our treats. Chocolate is deadly to dogs.

Instead we use Carob Chips. They have a bit of a chocalate flavor , without the dangers of real chocolate.

I notice some white on my dog treats, have they gone bad?

You may notice some white on some of our biscuits, this is generally just flour that has been used while rolling out the biscuits. Our biscuits are good for at least 4 months. 

The exception for our expiration dates apply to Goofy's Holy Canoli,  generally good for a month. Also the Extraordinary Blue Berry Muffins with Yogurt Drizzle, should be eaten in about 2 weeks. Both of these would do well to be kept in the refrigerator, or can be frozen to last even longer.
